Neville John Associates was created in Cheshire 1986 to meet the needs of companies and candidates who were searching for a more satisfactory way of recruiting IT staff. The method we developed – the NJA Approach to Recruitment – means getting to know:

Profile – Neville John

After Cowbridge Grammar School, I Graduated from Manchester University and attained the rank of Flight Lieutenant in the Royal Air Force, before entering the computer industry. I worked for a computer manufacturer in Technical Support, for an end user company as IT Manager and as a Management Consultant with an international consultancy – based in London and Cheshire. I spent time in IT recruitment with other recruiting firms before creating Neville John Associates in 1986.
