A few years ago, we commissioned a firm of consultants to carry out a Marketing Survey to try and establish what the ideal agency would be from both the Client’s and Candidate’s viewpoints. They then asked now NJA measured up to these ideals. Whilst perfection on all counts is difficult to achieve, however hard we try, I felt the responses were interesting.
