A fee (surprisingly reasonable) is charged when the candidate joins.
Executive Search
You explain exactly what you want and we approach suitable candidates; present a shortlist of candidates
who are genuinely interested in the role; arrange interviews; brief candidates and negotiate offers.
A fee is charged at different stages of the assignment.
Contract Roles
If you have a short-term need or you want a specialist for a particular project, we can help.
You are charged a monthly rate. Our mark up is surprisingly reasonable.
